Homemade air-fried prawn gyozas

The perfect healthy starter inspired by Asian cuisine!

Ingredients
- 20 gyoza wrappers
- 6 raw, clean shrimps
- 50 g Chinese cabbage
- 3 mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 sprigs of leek or green garlic
Method
- Cut the leek or green garlic into large pieces and combine in a blender with the shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt.
- Finely dice the mushrooms and finely slice the cabbage.
- Add the mushrooms and cabbage to the shrimp and mix to form a dough.
- Lay the gyoza sheets on the kneading mat, brush the edges with water, place a little filling in the center, and close by crimping the edges.
- Lay the Air Fryer Mat on the base of the inner pot and then place the gyozas in the air fryer, making sure to leave some space between each one. Use the Oil Sprayer to add a little oil and cook for 10 minutes at 180ºC. Serve and enjoy your shrimp gyozas!
