Hake with citrus and pear puree

A Hake with citrus and pear puree dish. A delicious combination!
Ingredients
- 2 pcs. hake
- lemon zest
- 2 pcs. pear
- a pinch of salt/pepper
Method
- Peel the pears and cook them for 4 minutes at 800W in the Steam Case with tray in the microwave.
- Grate the lime and lemon peel and mix with salt and a little pepper. Sprinkle the hake and place on the filter. Cook for 4 minutes at 800W on the Steam Case with tray 's tray, on top of the pears. Crush the pear. Place it as a bed on the plate and finally place the hake and serve.
