Grill the superfood!

Ingredients

  • 2 uts. of avocado
  • 120 gr (4 oz) of cherry tomato
  • 80 gr (2,8 oz. ) of cooked sweet wheat
  • 40 gr (1,4 oz) of spring onion
  • Lime juice
  • Chive
  • 1 tbsp of soy

Method

  1. Preheat the Microwave Grill XL, for 3 min. at maximum power (900W), in the microwave.
  2. Open the avocados in half, remove the pit and skin.
  3. Place the avocados in the Microwave Grill XL and put it in the microwave for 6 minutes at a maximum power of 900W.
  4. Cut the cherry tomatoes in two, finely chop the onion and chives. Mix the cherry tomatoes, onion and chives with the cooked baby wheat. Add a little lime juice and a tablespoon of soy.
  5. Place the mixture on top of the avocados already marked in the Microwave Grill XL previously. Enjoy!
