Glazed salmon with asparagus

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon apricot jam
- 1/2 dessert spoon grainy mustard
- 1/2 dessert spoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon grated garlic
- 1 bunch green asparagus
Method
- In a bowl, mix the apricot jam, mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger, and garlic.
- Brush the salmon fillets with this mixture. Set aside.
- Remove the toughest parts of the asparagus, place them in the steamer, and microwave, covered, for 3 minutes at 800W.
- Place the salmon on top of the asparagus and microwave for 2-3 minutes at 800W.
