Glazed salmon with asparagus

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon apricot jam
  • 1/2 dessert spoon grainy mustard
  • 1/2 dessert spoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon grated garlic
  • 1 bunch green asparagus

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the apricot jam, mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger, and garlic.
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with this mixture. Set aside.
  3. Remove the toughest parts of the asparagus, place them in the steamer, and microwave, covered, for 3 minutes at 800W.
  4. Place the salmon on top of the asparagus and microwave for 2-3 minutes at 800W.
