Sardine fillets with mango chutney

A recipe with exotic flavors such as mango, accompanying this dish of sardines, in less than 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 8 sardines, cleaned of bones and fillet
  • 1 mango, chopped
  • 2 pieces ginger
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper
  • Toast

Method

  1. To prepare the chutney, place the mango with the lemon juice and the zest of a piece of ginger in the Steam Case and cook for 4 minutes on medium power.
  2. Once the chutney is cooked, you can leave it lumpy or you can mash it for a finer and more uniform accompaniment.
  3. Finally, put the chutney in the base of the Steam Case, the sardine fillets on top and cook it together for about 2-3 minutes at maximum temperature (800W). Tips: You can serve them with some toast of cereal bread.
