Farfalle with sun-dried tomato pesto

Ingredients

  • 120 gr farfalle
  • 300 ml water
  • 100 g dried tomatoes
  • 20 basil
  • 20 g raisins
  • 100 g pine Nuts
  • 100 g parmesan Cheese
  • 20 g white wine
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Method

  1. Introduce the pasta with the water and a bit of salt in the Quick Pasta Recipes Cooker and cook it in the microwave for 10 min at maximum power (900W).
  2. Grind together the basil, sun-dried tomatoes, raisins, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, white wine, a bit of salt and pepper and 20 g of olive oil to make the sauce.
  3. Remove the Quick Pasta Recipes Cooker from the microwave and wring the excess water.
  4. Adds the sauce. Introduce in the microwave for 1 min. more. Mix well.
  5. Ready to serve!
