Farfalle with sun-dried tomato pesto

Ingredients
- 120 gr farfalle
- 300 ml water
- 100 g dried tomatoes
- 20 basil
- 20 g raisins
- 100 g pine Nuts
- 100 g parmesan Cheese
- 20 g white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
Method
- Introduce the pasta with the water and a bit of salt in the Quick Pasta Recipes Cooker and cook it in the microwave for 10 min at maximum power (900W).
- Grind together the basil, sun-dried tomatoes, raisins, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, white wine, a bit of salt and pepper and 20 g of olive oil to make the sauce.
- Remove the Quick Pasta Recipes Cooker from the microwave and wring the excess water.
- Adds the sauce. Introduce in the microwave for 1 min. more. Mix well.
- Ready to serve!
