Ingredients

  • 120g of Royal
  • Quinoa 300ml of water
  • 150g of Cherry
  • Tomatoes 50g of white
  • onion 50g of cucumber
  • 15ml e lemon
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 10 coriander leaves
  • 40g of olive
  • oil Salt/Pepper

Method

  1. Cook the quinoa in the RiceCooker with water and a little salt, microwave it for 11 minutes at maximum power and then let it rest for 3 minutes.
  2. Chop the tomatoes into 4 and the onion, cucumber into brunoise very small and mix them with the mint and coriander.
  3. Let the quinoa cool and mix all the ingredients with the oil and lemon juice and adjust with salt and pepper. Observations - It is important to let it rest for a minute or two after cooking in the microwave. - You can make this recipe with any cereal, amaranth, wheat, among others.
