Curry crisps

Delicious and healthy curry chips!

Ingredients

  • Soaked red lentils 75 g
  • Raw potato 60 g
  • Salt 1⁄2 tsp
  • Tandoori masala curry powder 1⁄2 tbsp
  • Curry powder 1⁄2 tbsp
  • Carrot 40 g

Method

  1. Soak the red lentils for 2 to 3 hours.
  2. Peel and cut the potato and carrot into small pieces. Place the drained lentils, potato, salt, carrot and curry powder in a bowl. Blend until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly using a spatula until the holes are completely full.
  4. Remove the top guide and microwave for 4 minutes at 800W. Let the steam escape from the microwave, then cook for 3:30 more minutes.
  5. Remove the product from the microwave and leave the crisps to stand for 1 minute, or until they cool down and get a crisp texture.
