Creamy tiramisu ice cream

Prepare in 10 minutes the ice cream version on a tiramisu!

Ingredients

  • Cream 65g (2,3 oz)
  • Mascarpone 65g (2,3 oz)
  • Agave syrup 30g (1 oz)
  • Bizcotela cookies 2 u.
  • Coffee 30ml (1 fl. oz)
  • 85% black chocolate 150g (5,2 oz)
  • Coconut oil 15g. (0,5 oz)
  • Cocoa powder 1 tbsp.

Method

  1. Mix together the mascarpone, cream, and agave syrup.
  2. Half fill the Classic Creamy ice cream molds with the mixture.
  3. Place half a Bizcotela cookie soaked in coffee in the mold, on top of the mixture.
  4. Finish filling the mold with the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Freeze the ice cream for 4-5 hours.
  6. Melt the dark chocolate in the silicone container for 10-20 second intervals at full power in the microwave. Repeat until the chocolate has melted.
  7. Remove the ice cream from the mold and dip it in the dark chocolate. Then sprinkle the cocoa on top.
  8. Leave to rest until the chocolate hardens, ideally on a silicone mat.
  9. Your tiramisu ice creams are ready to enjoy!
