Cauliflower rice with tomato sauce and egg

Ingredients
- 200g cauliflower
- 2 eggs
- Tomato sauce
Method
- Grind the cauliflower florets using the Veggie Ricer.
- Add salt and pepper, then place in the Steam Case and cook for 4 minutes in the microwave (800W).
- Prepare poached eggs with the Egg Poacher.
- Heat a small amount of tomato sauce.
- To serve, place the cauliflower rice on a plate, add the tomatoes, and top with the eggs.
