Air-fried almond-crusted chicken

The crispiest and healthiest air fryer chicken recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs chicken breast
  • 200 g crushed almonds
  • 100 ml teriyaki sauce
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sesame seeds

Method

  1. 1. Dice the chicken and marinate with half of the teriyaki sauce and a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
  2. 2. Dredge the chicken in flour with a pinch of salt and pepper. Then, dip the chicken in the beaten eggs and finally in the ground almonds.
  3. 3. Place your Air Fryer Basket in the inner pot and then lay the coated chicken inside. Use the Oil Sprayer to add a little oil and cook in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 180ºC.
  4. 4. After this time, open the air fryer, shake the chicken, and cook for a further 10 minutes. Then serve and enjoy your air-fried almond-crusted chicken!
