Air-fried almond-crusted chicken

The crispiest and healthiest air fryer chicken recipe!

Ingredients
- 2 pcs chicken breast
- 200 g crushed almonds
- 100 ml teriyaki sauce
- 3 eggs
- 200 g flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sesame seeds
Method
- 1. Dice the chicken and marinate with half of the teriyaki sauce and a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
- 2. Dredge the chicken in flour with a pinch of salt and pepper. Then, dip the chicken in the beaten eggs and finally in the ground almonds.
- 3. Place your Air Fryer Basket in the inner pot and then lay the coated chicken inside. Use the Oil Sprayer to add a little oil and cook in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 180ºC.
- 4. After this time, open the air fryer, shake the chicken, and cook for a further 10 minutes. Then serve and enjoy your air-fried almond-crusted chicken!
