Vegetables and dried fruits cabbage rolls

Ingredients
- 120g of Long rice
- 240g of water
- 40g of carrot
- 40g of white onion
- 20g of pine nuts
- 20g of raisins
- 10g of peanuts
- 4 cabbage leaves
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 60g of onion
- 1 clove garlic
Method
- Cook the rice with water and a little salt for 5 minutes in the microwave in the Quick Quinoa & Rice Cooker.
- Finely chop the carrot, nuts and white onion.
- Add the chopped vegetables to the cooking of the rice. 7 minutes more to the microwave.
- Boil the water to whiten the cabbage leaves for 2 minutes.
- Roll the cabbage leaves with the already cooked rice with the vegetables inside and reserve.
- Cut the tomatoes into wedges, julienne onion and garlic into slices.
- In a pan fry the onion and tomato, add the garlic and cook for a few minutes.
- Incorporate, in cooking, the cabbage rolls and let cook over low heat and covered for 5 minutes.
