Sweet and Savoury Chestnut Mix

A veritable explosion of flavor!
Ingredients
- 300 g oven roasted chestnuts
- 300 g black chocolate
- Ground unsalted pistachios
- 25 g coarse salt
- 300 g peanut butter
Method
- Add water to the white base of the Chocofondue and cover with the red silicon lid.
- Put the chocolate in one of the holes of the Chocofondue.
- Heat the chocolate for 4-5 minutes in the microwave at maximum temperature until it has melted.
- Add the coarse salt to the chocolate and mix thoroughly.
- Place the peanut butter in another compartment and heat for 1 min in the microwave to get a more liquid texture.
- Add the ground pistachios to the remaining 1/4 of the Chocofondue.
- Fork the roasted chestnut and dip it in the peanut butter. Then dip it in the chocolate and, fin all, add the pistachio topping.
- It’s ready to give you an explosion of taste!
