Prepare a large variety of healthy and homemade pickled vegetables!

Ingredients
- 150 g /5,3 oz of green cabbage
- 75 g /2,6 oz of Golden Delicious apple
- 75 g /2,6 oz of red apple
- 100 g /3,5 oz of bottled water
- 15 g /0,5 oz of non-iodised salt
Method
- Wash the vegetables well.
- Mix the water with the salt and set aside.
- Cut the apple and cabbage into julienne strips, mix, and set aside.
- Place the ingredients in the jar, press well, add the liquid, and make sure the ingredients are submerged.
- Let it ferment for 4 days at room temperature in a dark place and then store in the refrigerator.
- After these 4 days, place the jar in the refrigerator and let it ferment for 2 more weeks for a "light" intensity result.
- If you want a stronger result, let it ferment for 2 more weeks in the refrigerator.
