Red onion with orange and soy sauce

Prepare a large variety of healthy and homemade pickled vegetables!

Ingredients
- 400 g / 14 oz of red onion
- 150 g / 5,3 oz of orange juice
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 50 g / 1,8 oz of soy sauce
Method
- Shred the onion into julienne strips and set aside.
- Mix the soy sauce with the orange juice and sugar and set aside.
- Place the onion in the jar.
- Add the liquid, place the disc and check that all the vegetables are completely submerged.
- Leave to ferment 4 days at room temperature and in a dark place.
- Store in the fridge.
