Vegetables pudding

Ingredients
- 200 g of liquid cream
- 2 eggs
- 4 yolks
- 300 g of milk
- 40 g of grated cheese
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 courgette
- 1 carrot
- 3 asparagus
Method
- Mix the cream, the milk, the eggs, the yolks, the cheese, the salt and the pepper.
- Put the sautéed vegetables previously salt and peppered into the mould, fill with the mixture and bake in the oven at 100ºC for 40 minutes.
