Ingredients

  • 1 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 g Parmesan cheese
  • c/s salt and pepper
  • 150 g sautéed courgette
  • 100 g sautéed leeks
  • 100 g sautéed mushrooms
  • 140 g layer pastry

Method

  1. Mix milk eggs and cheese and reserve.
  2. Wrap the tart mould with a sheet of layer pastry. Reserve.
  3. Introduce vegetables inside the wrapped mould, add the quiche appliance, sautéed vegetables with salt and pepper, bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes
