vegetable mini quiche

Ingredients
- 1 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 15 g Parmesan cheese
- c/s salt and pepper
- 150 g sautéed courgette
- 100 g sautéed leeks
- 100 g sautéed mushrooms
- 140 g layer pastry
Method
- Mix milk eggs and cheese and reserve.
- Wrap the tart mould with a sheet of layer pastry. Reserve.
- Introduce vegetables inside the wrapped mould, add the quiche appliance, sautéed vegetables with salt and pepper, bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes
