Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • 1/3 (1 teaspoon) of one packet of yeast
  • 100 ml sunflower oil
  • 125 ml whole milk
  • 100 g grated
  • gruyère cheese 200 g goat cheese 50 g walnuts
  • 50 g raisins
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Chop the cheese, chop the walnuts and soak the raisins in warm water.
  2. In a bowl, add the whole eggs and add the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper and mix well.
  3. Gradually add the oil and hot milk and then add the gruyère, goat cheese, walnuts and raisins previously drained.
  4. Mix the whole thing, pour into the rectangular mold without previously greasing and bake in the oven, preheated to 180ºC, for 45 minutes.
