Pastel de queso, nueces y pasas

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 1/3 (1 teaspoon) of one packet of yeast
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- 125 ml whole milk
- 100 g grated
- gruyère cheese 200 g goat cheese 50 g walnuts
- 50 g raisins
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Chop the cheese, chop the walnuts and soak the raisins in warm water.
- In a bowl, add the whole eggs and add the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Gradually add the oil and hot milk and then add the gruyère, goat cheese, walnuts and raisins previously drained.
- Mix the whole thing, pour into the rectangular mold without previously greasing and bake in the oven, preheated to 180ºC, for 45 minutes.
