Tuna with fennel

We explain how to prepare this delicious tuna recipe

Ingredients
- 250grs tuna steaks, long and thin
- 2 bulbs of fennel
- ½ leek
- 2 leaves of Swiss chard
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Cut the fennel, leak and Swiss chard into short, thin strips (julienne), sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in the bottom of the steamer.
- Sprinkle the oil evenly. Bake for 1 minute at 190ºC.
- Remove the steamer from the oven and place the tuna steaks on top of the vegetables.
- Sprinkle the tuna with salt and pepper and cook for 5-6 minutes at 190º. For microwave cooking: 2-3mn.
