Tuna burger with guacamole

Delight your taste buds with a delicious tuna burger, super easy!
Ingredients
- For the burgers: Fresh tuna 600g Black Sesame 1 tbsp. White or toasted miso paste 1 tbsp. For the accompaniment: Soybean or alfalfa sprouts To taste Bread (recommendation: white from vienna) 4 Lettuce sprouts To taste Avocado or guacamole
Method
- Chop the tuna and mix it in a bowl with the sesame, soy sauce and miso paste.
- Arrange the mixture in the Veggie Burger to shape your burger. Press with the white piece and unmold.
- In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. If you're more into grilling, try the Microwave Grill, authentic grill flavor but in the microwave!
- Meanwhile, prepare the guacamole. In a bowl, mix the avocado, tomato, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
