Tuna burger with guacamole

Delight your taste buds with a delicious tuna burger, super easy!

Ingredients

  • For the burgers: Fresh tuna 600g Black Sesame 1 tbsp. White or toasted miso paste 1 tbsp. For the accompaniment: Soybean or alfalfa sprouts To taste Bread (recommendation: white from vienna) 4 Lettuce sprouts To taste Avocado or guacamole

Method

  1. Chop the tuna and mix it in a bowl with the sesame, soy sauce and miso paste.
  2. Arrange the mixture in the Veggie Burger to shape your burger. Press with the white piece and unmold.
  3. In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. If you're more into grilling, try the Microwave Grill, authentic grill flavor but in the microwave!
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the guacamole. In a bowl, mix the avocado, tomato, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
