Trout with onion and bacon

Ingredients

  • 2 small salmon trout
  • 50 g choppen bacon
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 green pepper, salt
  • pepper

Method

  1. Place the trout open into filets and without bones in the mould. Chop the onion and bacon into small bits and spread them over the trout. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 45 minutes. Serve immediately. Recommendation: add aromatic oil once the fish has been served and decorate with a few basil leaves.
