Cook a delicious trinxat in the microwave, a cabbage and and potatoes omelette in 13 minutes!
Ingredients
- 4 slices of smoked bacon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 5 cabbage leaves
- 4 medium potatoes
- 5 tablespoons of water
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Method
- Cut the bacon into thin strips and chop the garlic clove into very small pieces.
- Place the garlic and bacon on the base of the Microwave Spanish Omelette and microwave for 1.3 minutes at 800W.
- Set aside in another container.
- Cut the cabbage leaves into very thin strands and finely cut the potato with a slicer.
- Place the cabbage and potato in the Microwave Spanish Omelette with 5 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoons of oil and salt to taste. Microwave for 9 minutes at 800W.
- Wait a few seconds, remove the Microwave Spanish Omelette and mash the potato and cabbage with a spoon.
- Add the previously cooked bacon and garlic. Add one tablespoon of olive oil.
- Microwave for 2 minutes at 800W.
