Cook a delicious trinxat in the microwave, a cabbage and and potatoes omelette in 13 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of smoked bacon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 5 cabbage leaves
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 5 tablespoons of water
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

Method

  1. Cut the bacon into thin strips and chop the garlic clove into very small pieces.
  2. Place the garlic and bacon on the base of the Microwave Spanish Omelette and microwave for 1.3 minutes at 800W.
  3. Set aside in another container.
  4. Cut the cabbage leaves into very thin strands and finely cut the potato with a slicer.
  5. Place the cabbage and potato in the Microwave Spanish Omelette with 5 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoons of oil and salt to taste. Microwave for 9 minutes at 800W.
  6. Wait a few seconds, remove the Microwave Spanish Omelette and mash the potato and cabbage with a spoon.
  7. Add the previously cooked bacon and garlic. Add one tablespoon of olive oil.
  8. Microwave for 2 minutes at 800W.
