Ingredients
- 240 g of flour
- 36 g of sugar
- 60 ml of beer
- 25 ml of anise brandy
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon of anise seeds for topping
Method
- In a bowl, mix: oil, beer, anise brandy and a pinch of salt.
- Gradually add the flour, stirring constantly.
- To finish, knead the mixture by hand until the flour is fully blended to form dough.
- Divide the dough into six 60 g portions.
- Spread a portion in the SpanishOmelette, covering the entire surface evenly. Sprinkle with anise seeds, sesame and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Close and microwave for 1 minute at 800 W.
- Turn the container over, open and sprinkle again with anise seeds, sesame seeds and 1 teaspoon of sugar.
- Close and microwave for 1 additional minute. Allow to cool and serve.
- Repeat process for the other 6 portions.
- Comments: For a sweeter cake, sprinkle more sugar. You can substitute anise seeds with sesame seeds or simply nothing at all.
