Swordfish with baked apple and sweet-and-sour sauce

Ingredients
- 150g swordfish fillet
- 1 Golden Delicious apple
- 4 tablespoons of cider
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- Lemon juice
- 40ml water
- Salt and Pepper
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Chives
- Chopped parsley
Method
- Chop the rosemary and thyme.
- Blend the herbs into the butter to form a smooth paste.
- Peel the apple, remove the pips and cut into large dice.
- Dice the swordfish.
- Season the apple and fish with salt and pepper.
- Put them into the steam case with the rest of the ingredients and spread the herb butter over the top.
- Close the case and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes at maximum power (800W).
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
