Square egg with spinach and frankfurt

Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 4 fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 frankfurt
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Place the whole and raw spinach leaves covering the walls of the base of the egg cup, next place the de-shelled egg, the sliced frankfurt in it and season to taste.
- In a separate saucepan with boiling water cook it for 7 minutes in the bain-marie. You can also cook it in the microwave at maximum power (800W) for 30 seconds.
- Serve on a plate with care pressing the walls.
