Ingredients

  • 180 g coloured pasta spirals
  • 1 green apple
  • 50 g rocket
  • 80 g Gruyère cheese
  • 3 g raisins
  • For the vinaigrette:
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 ta

Method

  1. Cook the pasta in the microwave, inside the PastaCooker for the time recommended on the packaging.
  2. Once cooked, drain and cool with cold water to stop the cooking and drain again.
  3. Wash the apple, remove the core and cut it into cubes.Cut the cheese into slices.Wash and drain the rocket.
  4. Prepare the vinaigrette by using a fork to whisk the oil, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl, to taste.
  5. Place the pasta spirals and the other ingredients in the Salad Shaker and dress with the vinaigrette you have prepared. Cover and shake the Salad Shaker for a few seconds.
  6. Quickly serve.
