Spanish Omelette

Get to know the quickest and easiest way to cook a spanish omelette in the microwave!

Ingredients

  • 3 small potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Peel the onion and slice it finely. Place the onion in the Microwave Spanish Omelette in a circle, leaving the center of the product clear, and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  2. Close the Spanish Omelette and microwave for 3 minutes at 800W.
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into very thin slices. Cut the slices in half.
  4. Place the cooked onion in the center of the product and the potatoes around it, in a circle. Add 2 tablespoons of water and 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
  5. Microwave for 8 minutes at 800W. When finished, stir the potato and onion.
  6. In another bowl, gently mix the 4 eggs and add them to the Spanish Omelette, stirring them with the potato and onion. Add salt to taste.
  7. Microwave for 1.30 minutes at 800W.
