Spanish Omelette

Get to know the quickest and easiest way to cook a spanish omelette in the microwave!
Ingredients
- 3 small potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 4 eggs
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of water
- Salt to taste
Method
- Peel the onion and slice it finely. Place the onion in the Microwave Spanish Omelette in a circle, leaving the center of the product clear, and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Close the Spanish Omelette and microwave for 3 minutes at 800W.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into very thin slices. Cut the slices in half.
- Place the cooked onion in the center of the product and the potatoes around it, in a circle. Add 2 tablespoons of water and 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Microwave for 8 minutes at 800W. When finished, stir the potato and onion.
- In another bowl, gently mix the 4 eggs and add them to the Spanish Omelette, stirring them with the potato and onion. Add salt to taste.
- Microwave for 1.30 minutes at 800W.
