Curry popcorn

Ingredients

  • 70 g of corn
  • 20 g of butter
  • A pinch of salt
  • Curry
  • Coconut flakes

Method

  1. Place the corn in the PopCorn bowl. Cover the bowl so that the lid does not seal the bowl completely.
  2. Cook for 2 or 4 minutes in the microwave on the highest setting (800W).
  3. In another bowl, melt the cubed butter for 30 seconds in the microwave on high.
  4. Add the melted butter, curry and salt. Mix.
  5. Pour the mixture over the popcorn and stir with a spoon.
  6. If you want, you can add the grated coconut at the end. Enjoy!
  7. Comments: Butter can be replaced by 2 tablespoons of olive oil. In order to avoid increasing the recipe caloric input, fats are not added to the initial cooking process. Butter is only required at the end of the process to ensure the ingredients adhere well.
