Shrimp in lemon sauce

Ingredients
- 100 g shrimp tails
- 1 garlic clove
- Juice from ½ lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- One small chilli pepper
Method
- Place oil, chopped garlic and chilli pepper in the steam case, close and cook in the microwave at 650-800W for 30 seconds Add the shrimp, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper and cook for 1 ½ minutes. Serve with rice or spaghetti.
