Roast Salmon With Vegetables & Yoghourt Sauce

Un delicioso salmón con verduras… ¡con salsa de yogur!
Ingredients
- 1 fillet of salmon, approximately 150g
- 50g carrot
- 100g courgette
- ½ natural yogurt, approximately 60g
- 2 spoonfuls water
- 2 spoonfuls olive oil
- Fresh parsley
- Salt/Pepper
Method
- Slice the carrot and courgette and place these in the case with water. Microwave for 2 minutes at 800W.
- Wash the salmon fillet well, season with salt and pepper and place it over the carrot and courgette in the case. Microwave at 800W for 2.5 minutes.
- Lastly, chop the parsley and mix it with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Serve the salmon on a bed of the vegetables and the yogurt sauce.
