Roast Salmon With Vegetables & Yoghourt Sauce

Un delicioso salmón con verduras… ¡con salsa de yogur!

Ingredients

  • 1 fillet of salmon, approximately 150g
  • 50g carrot
  • 100g courgette
  • ½ natural yogurt, approximately 60g
  • 2 spoonfuls water
  • 2 spoonfuls olive oil
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt/Pepper

Method

  1. Slice the carrot and courgette and place these in the case with water. Microwave for 2 minutes at 800W.
  2. Wash the salmon fillet well, season with salt and pepper and place it over the carrot and courgette in the case. Microwave at 800W for 2.5 minutes.
  3. Lastly, chop the parsley and mix it with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Serve the salmon on a bed of the vegetables and the yogurt sauce.
