Roast kid potatoes and esparagus

Ingredients

  • 2 clean kid steaks
  • 2 large potatoes sliced into 1-cm thick rounds
  • ½ bunch of green asparagus
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of red wine
  • 3 garli

Method

  1. Place the sliced potatoes on the bottom of the table mat, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the kid, also sprinkled with salt and pepper, the garlic cloves, the olive oil, red wine and rosemary.
  3. Cook in the oven at 180º for approximately 45 minutes, test the meat by pinching it to see if it is fully cooked.
  4. When half cooked, add the asparagus. During the cooking, baste the meat with it’s own juices.
