Roast kid potatoes and esparagus

Ingredients
- 2 clean kid steaks
- 2 large potatoes sliced into 1-cm thick rounds
- ½ bunch of green asparagus
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 tablespoons of red wine
- 3 garli
Method
- Place the sliced potatoes on the bottom of the table mat, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add the kid, also sprinkled with salt and pepper, the garlic cloves, the olive oil, red wine and rosemary.
- Cook in the oven at 180º for approximately 45 minutes, test the meat by pinching it to see if it is fully cooked.
- When half cooked, add the asparagus. During the cooking, baste the meat with it’s own juices.
