Rice balls with hake

Ingredients

  • 2 small glasses of rice
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 rounds of hake
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • parsley

Method

  1. Put 5 glasses of water in a saucepan to boil.
  2. Slice the spring onion, the green pepper and the chop the garlic, and place in the bottom half of the steamer.
  3. Season the fish with salt and pepper and place on the top part with some parsley. Close the lid.
  4. When the water is boiling, add the rice to the saucepan and place the steamer on top. Cook for 15 minutes.
  5. When done, chop the hake and gently blend with the vegetables. Using your hands, make rice balls and sprinkle with the apple vinegar.
