Hake with prawns

Ingredients

  • Prawn tails 100 g
  • Hake filets 200 g
  • Spring onion 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Small courgette 1/2
  • Massalé doux 1 tsp.
  • Butter 20 g
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp.
  • Salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Peel the carrot, cut off the ends of the courgette, clean the spring onion, and cut everything into thin strips.
  3. Place the vegetables on the bottom of the Steam Case and add the fish, cut into chunks, and the prawns.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and the Massalé doux, sprinkle the oil and spread out the butter, cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with a few drops of lemon and close the Steam Case.
  5. Cook in a preheated oven at 200ºC, for 10 minutes or in the microwave oven, at full power, for 3 minutes.
  6. Tip: Serve with white rice.
