Pork ribs with teriyaki sauce

Ingredients
- 260g pork rib, cut into pieces
- 100ml white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
- For the teriyaki sauce: 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 6 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 15g sugar
Method
- Season the pork rib pieces with salt and pepper and put them and the white wine into the steam case.
- Close the case and cook in the microwave for 11 minutes at maximum power (800W).
- Add the Yakitori sauce ingredients. Close the case and cook in the microwave for another minute.
- Mix well and serve.
