Pork ribs with teriyaki sauce

Ingredients

  • 260g pork rib, cut into pieces
  • 100ml white wine
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • For the teriyaki sauce: 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 15g sugar

Method

  1. Season the pork rib pieces with salt and pepper and put them and the white wine into the steam case.
  2. Close the case and cook in the microwave for 11 minutes at maximum power (800W).
  3. Add the Yakitori sauce ingredients. Close the case and cook in the microwave for another minute.
  4. Mix well and serve.
