Pork Chop with Mustard and Rosemary and Summer Vegetables

Cook a delicious pork chop quickly and easily.

Ingredients

  • -1 pork chop
  • -1 teaspoon of mustard
  • -1- 2 new small carrots
  • -1 peppered artichoke
  • -1 small courgette
  • -2 peas in the pod
  • -1 red thistle branch
  • -2 small leeks
  • -1 small « gold » beetroot
  • -1 rosemary branch
  • -5 cl of vegetable broth

Method

  1. Clean and chop the vegetables, place them in the Steamer Case, add the broth, season with salt and pepper, and microwave for 3-4 minutes at full power (800 W). In the oven, cook at 190°C for 10 minutes.
  2. Cover the chop with mustard, season with salt and pepper, and pluck the rosemary leaves over it.
  3. Place the chop on top of the vegetables and microwave for 5 more minutes. In the oven, cook for 15 more minutes at the same temperature.
