Pork and vegetables in papillote

Ingredients
- 1/3 beef stock cube
- 1 pork steak, cut in cubes
- ½ Courgette
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Onion
- 2 Cauliflower florets
- 2 Broccoli florets
- Pinch of oregano
- Oil
Method
- Slice all the vegetables in julienne strips.
- Heat ½ cup of water and add the beef stock cube.
- Place the meat and the vegetables in the Steam Case and add a pinch of oregano and a dash of oil.
- When the stock cube has dissolved completely, add it to the vegetables and meat.
- Cook in the oven at 200º for 30 minutes.
- Open the Steam Case for 5 minutes to brown the vegetables and meat and serve immediately.
