Poached egg with asparagus and bacon

A delicious poached egg cooked in the microwave. Ready to eat in 1 minute!
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- A slice of bacon or pancetta
- 3 green asparagus spears
- 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Add the bacon to the Microwave Ovo in small pieces.
- Place the Microwave Ovo off-center on the microwave's turntable and cook for 30 seconds at 800W.
- Add the chopped asparagus and half a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Place the Microwave Ovo off-center on the microwave's turntable and cook for another 30 seconds at 800W.
- Crack the egg without the shell inside the Microwave Ovo and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the Microwave Ovo off-center on the microwave's turntable and cook for another 40 seconds at 800W.
