Perch filet with seafood delicacies

Ingredients
- 1 perch filet 180 gr. approx
- 50 gr. gulas
- 3 surimi sticks
- 3 piquillo peppers
- 2 spring onions (or string)
- 2 medium potatoes.
Method
- Slice the perch open. Open the peppers and place on top of the fish
- Place the surimi and the gulas on top. Cover with the other half of the fish and tie with the spring onion (or the string).
- Place in the steamer. Slice the potatoes thinly and place them on the other level of the steam, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Put water to boil. When boiling, place the potatoes first, then the fish. Cook for 10-11 minutes.
- Suggestion: serve the perch along with a light sauce: mayonnaise, tartar...
