Nut Cake Pops

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup
- 80 g of butter ½ cup
- 110 g of sugar 1 egg 1 cup
- 135 g of flour 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1/3 cup
- 80 ml of milk ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract ¼ cup
- 60 g of chopped nuts
- To coat:

Method
- Preheat the oven at 325 F / 160°C.Use a whisk to beat the softened butter with the sugar until the mixture is creamy.Add the egg and continue whisking.
- Add the sifted flour with the baking powder, milk and vanilla extract.Continue beating for 2 minutes until you have a light and creamy texture.Add the chopped nuts and mix.
- Fill the semi-spheres of the base of the mould to the brim.Put on the lid and bake for 20 minutes at 325 F / 160°C, until they have risen.Remove from the oven, leave to cool for a few minutes before removing from mould.
- Insert the sticks into each Cake Pop.
- To coat: 1. Beat the sugar with the egg white and vanilla extract. Coat the Cake Pops with the mixture. Place them in the holes in the lid and leave to dry.
