  • 5 baby carrots
  • 100g runner beans, cut into small pieces
  • 3 cauliflower florets
  • 3 broccoli florets
  • 1/2 diced potato
  • 3 wild asparagus tips
  • 100ml water
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into the steam case. Close and cook in the microwave for 4 minutes at maximum power (800W). Dress with chive and thyme oil.
