Ingredients
- 33 g butter
- 1 egg
- 170 g quark cheese or spreadable cheese
- 40 g sugar
- 20 g flour
- Grated peel from 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 vanilla bean
Method
- Whip the egg yolks with the sugar.
- Melt the butter with the cheese and blend well.
- Add the flour and flavouring and pour into the moulds.
- Bake at 100ºC for 40 minutes.
- Suggestions: Serve with fresh figs and fig marmalade
