Mild Salad of artichoke, orange and olives

Ingredients
- 300 g of hearts or bottoms of cooked artichokes
- 2 oranges
- 80 g black olives
- 1 teaspoonful of Argan oil
- 1 spoonful of olive oil
- 1 teaspoonful of powder paprika
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 shallot
- 1 spoonful of sliced almonds
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Roast the almonds gold in the oven or frying pan.
- Peel and cut the shallot. Peel the oranges and slice them. Remove the leaves of the artichokes.
- Put the artichokes, oranges, shallot and black olives into the papillote, add salt, pepper and paprika and heat up the mix in the oven at 180 º C for 5 minutes, or in the microwave at max. power for 1 minute.
- Serve and season it with lemon juice, oil and almonds.
