Mango, orange and ginger oats

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of old-fashioned oats
  • ½ ripe mango
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 ¼ cups of water
  • 1 cup of milk

Method

  1. Peel and chop the mango into small cubes. Grate the ginger.
  2. Place all of the ingredients /except the Greek yoghurt and the orange) in the Rice&Grain Cooker.
  3. Stir with the spoon, cover and cook in the microwave at 800W for 7 minutes.
  4. Stir again, cover and leave to stand for 1 minute.
  5. Finally, add the yoghurt and serve with some segments of orange on top.
