Mango, orange and ginger oats

Ingredients
- 2 cups of old-fashioned oats
- ½ ripe mango
- 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 ¼ cups of water
- 1 cup of milk
Method
- Peel and chop the mango into small cubes. Grate the ginger.
- Place all of the ingredients /except the Greek yoghurt and the orange) in the Rice&Grain Cooker.
- Stir with the spoon, cover and cook in the microwave at 800W for 7 minutes.
- Stir again, cover and leave to stand for 1 minute.
- Finally, add the yoghurt and serve with some segments of orange on top.
