Layered peppers, potatoes and grouper fish

Ingredients
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 2 small potatoes
- 80g boneless grouper fish (fillet)
- 40ml water
- Black olives
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Cut the red and green peppers in half lengthwise and slice the potatoes.
- Put layers of the vegetables into the steam case, alternating slices of red pepper, potato and green pepper.
- Season with salt and pepper and add the oil and water. Close the case and cook in the microwave for 15 minutes at maximum power (800W).
- Add the grouper fish to the vegetables, close and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Crush the olives to form a paste and spread it over the top of the grouper fish and the vegetables.
