Grated cauliflower with emmental cheese

Ingredients
- 200g cauliflower
- 150ml water
- Grated Emmenthal cheese
- Salt Pepper
Method
- Put the cauliflower, water, salt and pepper into the steam case.
- Close and cook in the microwave for 10 minutes at maximum power (800W).
- Add the grated Emmenthal cheese.
- With the case open, cook in the microwave for another 3 minutes to melt the cheese.
