Eggs with cheddar and ham

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons diced fully cooked ham
- 1 tablespoon diced green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper to taste
Method
- Cook the green bell pepper inside the Ovo with the olive oil for 30 seconds in the microwave at 800 W.
- Beat the eggs, mix with the other ingredients and pour into the Ovo.
- Season it with salt and pepper and cook in the microwave for 40-45 seconds at 800 W.
