Donostiarra Style Hake

Aprende a preparar este delicioso plato merluza a la donostiarra… ¡en el microondas!
Ingredients
- 1/3 pound (150 g) hake (1 large medallion)
- 5 tbsp. oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. sweet paprika
- Salt
Method
- Add the oil, sliced garlic and cayenne pepper to the steam case. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add the hake, sprinkle with a pinch of salt on top and cook for 2 minutes. Let sit for 1 minute with the case closed.
- Remove the hake and serve on a plate, then add the paprika to the oil in the case. Blend well and pour this sauce on top of the hake.
