Clams marinera

Ingredients
- 100 gr. Clams
- 20 gr. chopped onion
- 120 gr. grated tomato
- 10 ml. white winem
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 30 ml. water
- 5 ml. virgin olive oil
- salt & pepper.
Method
- Place all the ingredients except the clams into the Ogya and cook in the microwave for 15 minutes at 800W.
- Add the clams and cook for 2 more minutes in the microwave at 800W. The clams should open; if not, cook for a few more seconds.
- Stir to blend the sauce and serve.
- This recipe can be adapted to the Ogya XL by doubling the quantity of ingredients. Add two minutes and check the cooking process.
