Clams and Razor-shell clams

Prepare delicious steamed razor clams and razor clams quickly and easily.
Ingredients
- 120g de amarant
- 100g de patata
- 100g de ceba
- 1 culleradeta de comí
- 50g de pebrot italià
Method
- Peel and chop (or press) the garlic.
- In a bowl, combine the garlic, olive oil and parsley.
- Place the clams in the Steam Case and sprinkle with the dressing mentioned above.
- Close the Steam Case and place in the microwave oven.
- Cook at maximum power for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
