Ingredients

  • 100 gr of corn kernels
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil (15 ml)
  • Sugar
  • 70 g of pastry chocolate (¼ cup)
  • Orange zest

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate by heating it in the microwave at 800W for 30 secs.
  2. Measure 100g of popping corn kernels in the popcorn measurer and then add the olive oil and sugar.
  3. Stir, cover with the lid, and microwave it at 800W for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the melted chocolate and the orange zest.
